When I was in grad school, I sat next to two guys from Africa. Both from small villages near Mt. Killamanjaro.

They hated American blacks to the point that they would talk shite about some of the class members. We had one girl that was perpetually late. When she was called out, she cried racism and the two guys from Africa were appalled by the audacity. I was put on a project team with them and could not sit with them because they were constantly bashing American blacks. I told them they could say whatever they wanted, but I couldn't, and I couldn't be around them when they were because I would be the one that would get in trouble.

Learning experience there.
