Amanda Knox documentary?

Didn't watch it. She seems like she'd be an excellent lay but dat herp makes it a no-go.

I have followed this case pretty closely because I found it fascinating.

I think she had absolutely nothing to do with it and it was a series of fluke things that made it look like she had a part in it on the surface.

Regardless, there was definitely not enough evidence to convict her of anything if this was an American court.

I don't think much of her character, but that investigation was botched. The media created a lot of pressure for local authorities to make an arrest. They handled forensics poorly and drew conclusions based on bad evidence.

The documentary seemed to conclude that she didn't do it. I'm not sure that wasn't involved, but the case against her and the boyfriend was pretty weak....even for what passes for justice over there.

BTW, the prison staff decided to frick with her and told her she tested positive for HIV.

After the initial appeal and acquittal, I'd have been pretty pissed off if she were extradited to be tried all over again....even if I thought she was guilty.

I remember thinking the same thing...until some details came out about her lack of hygiene. And ya know it's got to be bad when it is referred to as disgusting by Eurotrash standards.

I've heard things get ugly in most European countries when it comes to the judicial system. Heard one detective-turned-lawyer, who was former military stationed in Europe, say that most interrogations start with a good beating.

Everyone changed their story. Why would the Rudy guy say she wasn't there, then say she was if they had never met. I think she was a freaking moron who was bullied into the confession she gave.

DNA on the knife was easy, they basically proved contamination. When a lab is testing a bunch of stuff covered in the victims DNA, it's going to show up on the knife. And if she's always at the BFs apt, then hers could end up on the handle. There was apparently no evidence of her in the room at the crime scene, so explain that.

I think she was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and was a weirdo. I'd have thought her actions were fishy, but not enough to convict.

Wasn't it a kitchen knife that both the victim and Amanda would have used?

In any case, Amanda's DNA was clearly on the knife. On appeal, experts say the victim's was actually not on the knife.

I'm not sure that they even have found the murder weapon.

Ridiculous case and Italian Pros should have been dis-barred.

Yea she acted weird and stupid but she also barely even knew that chick.

Guede's DNA was everywhere and he said from the start Amanda had never been there and that they had never even met.

The part that truly gives it away and is sad to me is the Raffael guy. Seemed like a genuine, shy and friendly dude that got totally F-ed by her behavior.
