I had a similar situation with my neighbor. They refused to move their car after we asked nicely multiple times so I parked my truck right behind their driveway. They like to back into their driveway and it was hilarious to watch them try with the truck in the way.

The next day, their car was no longer behind our driveway.

If you try being nice and they don’t play nice either, you have every right to do what you did. If you hadn’t asked, you would be a bitch but since you’ve asked, they are the a-holes.

I don’t disagree with you, it’s just one of those situations that can happen with a-hole neighbors.

If inside the city call traffic division BRPD.

Unincorporated area call the sheriff’s traffic division where the complaint will be logged.

At that point they will come out and ticket the vehicle usually during off high demand times for calls.

Maybe, but I have the next 6 weeks off. He shouldn't have been a dick. Besides, who parks an oversized vehicle directly across from their neighbors driveway for days on end? I thought that was dickish.

Tow truck drivers aren’t known for their customer service and people skills

If he sprays you with a hose, you know what to do

Screw him. Call the cops on the last day you are there. He is in the wrong and a sub-human for being in his business.

i don't like extra laws. but most laws i do like are laws that stop people from being assholes unnecessarily.

Poo in your hand and go throw it at him.

That'll teach him.

Call the cops every single time it’s parked there

They will eventually get fed up with sending units out and write him up

Did you not see the tow truck the few times you checked out the rental and google street viewed it prior to signing the lease?

I knew the a-hole posted here. I just knew it. Hey, dickcheese, park your fricking towie somewhere else. Your OP neighbor just wants normal access to his driveway. And tell your wife to lose a few fats so he can bang the bitch

Not the a-hole. I live in a cul de sac and I'm about to have a nice conversation with my neighbors since they have parked in the middle of said cul de sac for the last 5 months. It's only a rental I kept saying, but I'm sick and fricking tired of it.

I simply just wanted him to not be in the way while we move, but he wanted more. I really was mostly concerned about hitting his truck, but now I just want it gone for good.

If you see him outside, spray him with your water hose, just to frick with him.

What could go wrong?

Friends with cops and apparently an a-hole to boot; it’s the former.
