I agree with this. However that goes both ways. As I said, pedestals, none of us should try to be on one. The screamers on both sides are the minority. Most people both gay and straight don’t give a shite and just live their lives on this earth.

Imagine reacting like an adult

I live one block away from one of the biggest gay neighborhoods in the country lol. It’s ok. Rent is cheap and the neighborhood is safe. There is plenty of straight people in the area too. I do have some issues I’ll mention below. I wouldn’t say it’s common but I see one a cross dresser every once in awhile. I saw a man dressed up as a woman (very badly considering he still had a 5 o’clock shadow) last night and he spilled a dog water bowl at a nearby restaurant and everyone on the street turned to look at him. He looked so embarrassed that anyone noticed him he looked like he wanted to crawl in a hole and ever come out. He kept looking at the water bowl like he wanted to fix it but he couldn’t, very awkward.

As to living in a neighborhood with a ton of gay people. The below is just from some but it is what stands out. Day in and day out, you won’t notice. There are a lot of older men who are perfectly fine and you’ll see them out on dates at nice restaurants. But some among the younger men.... there is an aggression to them. Especially on their gay specific holidays and festivals. They dress so flamboyantly and inappropriately and are so filled with being as bombastic as they can be. I almost got punched in the face once just walking down the street . I simply won’t leave my apartment on a festival weekend.

It’s like.... there’s an element of responsibility that’s missing from them. They’re saying they are gay so they can act like a fool in public with no consequences.

Again.... why can’t people leave their bedroom stuff in the bedroom, straight gay, or whatever else they may be. And in their daily out of bedroom life, just be normal like everyone else. Again, it’s not all of them. I don’t want them to deny who they are, or have to keep it a secret. I just don’t think you need to hit everyone over the head with it.

Agreed. You want to go to a festival, or a concert, or something not in the middle of the public, go wild. Be as bizarre as you like. People have kink conventions. So what.


But this Uber-public look at me and FORCING everyone to not just tolerate it but CELEBRATE it or be labeled a bigot...that’s just pathetic. When the hell did June mean we have to plaster rainbows everywhere? For a whole damned month?

The only thing I give a shite about is kids under 18. What they’re doing to prepubescent kids is castrating them. 94% of kids with gender dysphoria grow out of it. I do think it will be seen as the lobotomy of our time. Now what someone does after they turn 18, I will be supportive or in the least tolerant of that. But so long as they’re doing this to kids, that’s where I draw the line, and also why I don’t give a shite about bathrooms.

The hormone treatment for children is simply child abuse. That's a fact. A child's brain isn't developed enough to make a life altering decision at that age.

Parents that push that on their children are doing it for a status symbol. They want people to see how progressive they are, regardless that it results in a higher suicide rate for the child.

I have a daughter and I don't need their agenda pushed on tv, movies, etc for her to see.

If somebody wants to be a tranny, that's their business. But if they leave their lifestyle behind closed doors, we won't have stuff like "I am male but today I identify as a woman so I want to use the women's restroom" shite.

Same goes for homos.
