Am I Late to this Toothpaste Charade?

For the Crest lines, the only difference is the fluoride ~.21 to .454. The rest is window dressing. It’s all the exact same active and inactive ingredients no matter the line. The fluoride will differ though. Deep Clean, whitening, fresh breath, etc. All have exact same claims. Because it’s the same stuff with different flavoring.
Chalk that up to marketing I suppose.
