The enemy is within. You have a dark layer beneath the surface that is wanting to come out. Your conscious self is measured and reserved, it fears loss of control. Look in the mirror for 1 minute without blinking your eyes. Ask yourself: who am I? Stare intently at your eyes. Look for weakness. Then take a cold shower. Ask your ancestors to come to you. Keep your eyes closed. Pray to God and ask him to protect you. Go for a 3 mile run. Come home and take a warm shower. Ask for God to forgive you for your sins and the sins of your fathers. Go to bed and sleep like a baby.
