I've had sleep paralysis before. I didn't mention this in OP. But when the entity visited this last time, my eyes were open but couldn't move. Most the time, it stops at the door, but last month it didn't. It actually came to the bed in that freaky flash ghost skip walking style. I need better sleep, this shite isn't real 
I drink 1 cup of coffee a day and a redbull/monster. I'm skipping on those for a while.

I would go see a doctor (not a psychiatrist).
Also, don't discount that there could be some sketchy stuff going on around your house that causes brain wave interference. Unlikely, but still quite possible.
Do you sleep with your head near where there is a smart meter outside?
