Am I gonna get raped and murdered?

I just booked a one night stay at basically a hippy commune in the mountains near Santa Fe, NM, through AirBnB. We will be sleeping in a converted bus. The kitchen and bathroom is communal. There is no a/c, but it gets to the mid-50's at night.
My wife thinks I am crazy. It is going to be me and my 13 year old daughter. I am going to put the movie "Helter Skelter" on her ipad to watch on the way there.
The host has 100+ feed back, seems cool as shite.

Have fun. I stayed in a place like this in one of these teepee's in Marfa Texas. The place was crawling with hippies. Live music at night. Open air community shower. Ladies did not care about showering in the open.

I did originally book a night in Marfa but realized it was a long arse drive home for our last day of the trip, so I booked in San Antonio our last night.
