AM Baton Rouge area panhandler/beggars report

If someone wants to do a PM report that would be great.
This is who I ran into this morning:
110 and Government Exit Ramp - Female panhandler, white, guessing mid 40s(But who knows) definitely strung out on drugs, screaming at people as they drove by. Not holding a sign, just standing there pointing and screaming.
Government Street Chevron - Male beggar, mid 20s, African American. Asked for $5 when I was putting gas in my car. Told him I had no cash on me, he moved onto the next person to ask for money.

Just passed Bluebonnet and Jefferson where there was a mid-40's white lady. Dressed decent enough, clean. With a teenage daughter.
Her sign: "I have three kids and lost my job. Please Help!!!"
Mom AND the daughter were pulling out all the stops with theatrical crying and wiping of tears. Gotta give her points for dragging the kid into her scam and going with the water works special effects.

That one and the one on the corner of Bluebonnet and Perkins have to be the 2 shadiest gas stations in town.

You’re in mid city, what did you expect? It’s the ghetto

That Perkins one is in a good area but never has normal people there. The other day I saw 3 guys in different cars unloading strollers from their trunks. No kids in sight. What was going on?

We should be able to impress these people into service to fight for our amusement.
To the death. Winner gets a baggie of-drugs.
Sell tickets, make them productive to society

Stay away from that Government Street Chevron. Not a good place.

How surprised were you that someone got shot there?

Probably the same lady that's always at Bluebonnet and Airline on the right side by Notoco. She always has a few kids out there with her. She's worked that corner off and on for over a year now.

Surprised there hasn't been an OT rating thread on the one in front the gas station on the corner of Bluebonnet/Perkins. Looks like a college aged blond with a noticeable fake limp. She's nice, just smiles and waves.

What’s with the folks showing “cards” on what they are collecting for? They have on orange vest and act like they are collecting for some charity. But it’s just folks in jeans walking in and out of the highest flows of traffic sticking these cards on your windows. They were at old Perkins and highland yesterday, one of the worst intersections I come through daily.. they work airline and highland as well which isn’t safe either. Both areas are 4 lanes of traffic and turning lanes...
When one of them gets taken out I’m sure they will be suing...

Had a lady give me the nicest sob story about needing to get to Siegan, I told her I couldn't give her a ride but offered her 2 bucks. She told me to go frick myself.
