Dude look at the gif you posted. It conveniently starts right after he lurches up off the ground while they are on top of him. You can barely catch the end of that movement. It's why the cops pulled their guns out. They were going to be perfectly fine with coffins him if he would have stopped fighting back. Then the other cop starts yelling that he is going for a gun.
All the cop on top of him knows is that the guy is fighting back and his partner says he is reaching for a gun. You would wait to see what happened next?

Your boy has a gun in his pocket, this is a fact. In the beginning of the video he is being told to get on the ground and is fighting through being tazed...would you suggest his decision to not comply with the officer's commands was a rational one?

See, perfect example of someone who wants to see something that isn't there so they'll fill in facts as they see fit. You've got no clue what he was doing prior to the start of the video, but you just know the officers were justified.
