As far the OP, I think it's pretty smart on her part. She's taking the ghost busters route of making herself a victim so that liberals/feminists/betas buy tickets and watch her stuff just to "support her and her message" even if they don't like her and know she's not funny.

While men frightened by feminism are a part of her critics, they are not the only part, and maybe not even the largest part. She really is simply lame and self righteous in a far too serious manner. Things that probably shouldn't be mixing with comedy. At least I don't find it funny. I find it irritating. The tact that you are taking is that people can't just find her irritating and lame without ulterior motives. Which is just as pompous and lame as Amy.
