Some research indicates that there are more adverse neonatal outcomes with using birth centers or home births - but plenty of that research is done by ob/gyns.
So, it’s best to do what’s best for mom and baby.

As someone cut in his 20s, holy hell the recovery is awful. Not judging anyone for their decision but if I ever have boys they will 100% be cut. I wish I had it done as an infant.
Don't know about a push to stop it. In my experience being uncut is still pretty rare.

That would suck. FWIW, that's about when I had to have it and had different experience after recovery. Sex feels different but not worse at all. BJs are better. HJ prob a little worse with the bare head.
