Jackson State University's president has been arrested in a prostitution sting, Clinton police said.
William Bynum Jr., 57, was arrested over the weekend, police said. Bynum is charged with procuring services of a prostitute, false statement of identity, and simple possession of marijuana.

Southern University’s AD was arrested in prostitution sting and was fired .... he was then acquitted... and of course didn’t get his job back

You can't. What he probably means is that Tech will just use Grambling as the satellite campus. GSU itself would be abolished.
What people don't realize is that should you shut down GSU or SU, those students would just migrate to another HBCU. Even out of state HBCUs are trying to increase enrollment by forgiving out of state fees.
