Definitely not whatever you do. Anyone who uses "alpha male" or thinks that is an actual thing is an idiot. The entire idea came from wolves and the dominant "alpha" is a myth. The leader of the pack is the patriarch of the family and nothing more. The whole "competing for dominance" thing came from studying wolves in zoos. They behave completely different in zoos than they do in the wild.
