Dude it isn't like she was sleeping with Garrett Nussmeier, the Pesident of KA fraternity, and the captain of the tennis team. She was hanging out with, flirting with, and allegedly hooking up with kids who wouldn't even be able to get into LSU and who have been arrested / accused of multiple felonies.
To say that isn't cause for huge difference in public perception is crazy.

To the extent that it was this elephant in the room that hadn’t fully been addressed… yes.

It’s her daughter, man. While I cannot even imagine her pain and what she’s going through with all of this mud slinging regarding her daughter, absolutely nothing she said can be considered objective and should be taken with an even smaller grain of salt than the driver of the vehicle. Victims’ families are even worse source of information than actual witnesses, who are themselves notoriously unreliable.
