He is described as AGGRESSIVE by turning at the guy pointing a fricking gun at him!

Considering the only evidence they had to go on was the story of the people doing the blocking/shooting, how can you blame the cops for not IMMEDIATELY having the exact story of what happened?

Did they have this video evidence? The video contradicts statements in the police report.

None of that is an excuse for what they told the mother either.

That doesn't justify blasting an unarmed man.

They certainly knew he wasn't shot outside the guys house after an attempted burglary.

I'm pretty sure that was a safe bet after finding him dead in the middle of a dirty road.

if their initial response to the mother of the deceased was to say he was shot during a burglary, then HOLY frick

For real. Like my god, that is egregious. Something like that should never happen.

Never said it did. The Straw man arguments are plentiful in here today.

Whose report? Was that report from the same department that the shooter's father used to work for? If so it is irrelevant in my mind.

it clearly shows the LEO/prosecutors had a narrative early on which means coordination for some sort of bad behavior

Hey, since he's clearly a POS does that mean we can hop in the truck with some shotguns and run him down too?

Sounds like it.

You have literally argued multiple times that the 2 dudes will get off because AA was the aggressor

So now you're saying that the original story given to the cops was a complete fabrication?

I thought these guys were trying to make a citizens arrest?

Because they told the mother what (I’m sure) these jackasses told them?

I highly doubt the cops fabricated the burglary story out of thin air to protect these guys. Not everything is some grand conspiracy.

On one hand I want to say he's just bored and trolling, but his takes always suck so maybe he's just dumb.
