Is it not possible some ordered in advance, some crabs held off for other meals or customers not doing the all you can eat, is based on # of paid adults in a party, got some in and/or cooked some additional ones later, or just made an error. (Edit: read where she was sharing her all you can eat order/meal with others instead of each person paying for an all you can eat meal, which is wrong on all adults at that table)
You can still be aggravated and want to talk to manager. There are so many scenarios that could be cause of situation including the lady misunderstanding what was said to her, but it’s always racism. It’s the first and only thing on their minds when a white person says or does something that they don’t like or understand regardless of it being said or done to everyone else.
The ones like this trash didn’t live through actual racism, but they are somehow bigger victims of racism than any prior generation.

Why did he tell them they had only six crabs left and then give somebody else 12. He should explain that. Maybe he tried

Because the other table probably ordered a dozen crabs before the usual suspects already ate 2 dozen crabs

Probably cut it down to 6 crabs a person on the refill. The other table had 2 people paying for the AYCE so 12 crabs. She had 1 person paying for AYCE so 6 crabs.
They used to have a place that did AYCE fried catfish that would have certain people come in and sit and tie up tables for the full 4 hours of the special so the first refill you got the normal 5 strips. Then after that you only got 1 strip at a time and it was basically 15 min between strips. It ended the people just coming and sitting all night pretty quickly.

Catfish cabin in Monroe used to this back in the 90’s… you got around because they gave you a choice of whole or fillets.. naturally you order the whole

I don’t know how people deal with it. I can’t. Black women with attitude make me so irrationally angry I’d make national news in that situation with the stuff I’d say to them

1994 I had a group of 6 Louisiana plant people over to Houston business meeting, and after took them to a southwest Houston seafood restaurant where they had an all you can eat lobster dinner . These guys moved through the lobsters like they were eating crawfish. After 9 per person the manager comes out and sez, I know it's all you can eat but I need some mercy. We all laughed, said okey, drank a beer and left.

Stop being intentionally obtuse.
It is "all you can eat" for each person who pays.
Not "all you and 15 of your extended family can eat" when only one or two actually pay.
