I hear you, but I don't think that qualifier should be necessary. White lives have always mattered in the history of this country. Black lives have not. It's time that we focus on that.

Apparently not. Whites die at the hands of police more than blacks.

I think you’d have an argument in your post if that wasn’t your case.

Don’t even bother. It’s another silencing tool used to quell an argument when they are losing.

Just continue to throw the stats at them.

I've seen this sign in pictures from multiple protests over the last few days.

We said Black Lives Matter
Never said only Black Lives Matter
We know All Lives Matter
We just need YOUR HELP with Black Lives Matter because Black Lives are in danger

That’s awesome but that’s anecdotal evidence.

I’ve seen signs and videos of the complete opposite shunning people for their thoughts and opinions on every life being precious.

This shouldn’t be difficult to grasp whites die at the hands of police at a higher clip than blacks. There should be a unified front to address that but instead we only focus on one issue. Nothing will ever change if that’s the case.

This is the truth. But do you really think the BLM movement is about unity?

In terms of total numbers? Sure. But that’s only because there are exponentially more white people.

In terms of rate of death compared to police confrontation, they are pretty much equal.

You must be racist to suggest that.

Seems we have statistical data that shows why the AA community is even in the same arena. Why is that?

I have too and I completely disagree with those. You're going to have those in every group unfortunately and I don't think those help advance their case.

Let me know what the per capita numbers look like on that when only ~13% of the US population is black compared to ~70% being white.

Here's an article that shows "people of color" are disproportionately effected by police harm.

LINK

Another showing black Americans are 2.5 times more likely to be killed by police than white Americans. Their source is site that maps police violence since the govt doesn't track it. Link to details about the data below the article link.

Where does it say in BLM that other lives don’t?

The Sacramento Kings say it when they fire their 32 year play by play guy for tweeting All Lives Matter.

Why don’t you link the Washington Post which has been recording these issues since 2016?

Al Jazira???

But the rates of confrontation with police are totally different.

You cannot just use population statistics.

Because I didn't see that one. Go ahead and link it.

Al Jazeera America is a legitimate source. I don't typically go to them for any kind of news, but I saw the article and they used the data from the other site that has been compiling the data and put it in context. Not sure how there's any slant or bias in interpreting that data, but if you can find out, feel free to point it out in detail.

If you feel like all lives matter than what’s your issue with someone saying Black Lives Matter?

It doesn’t say any other life doesn’t.

And what your issues with pushing for better policing? Wouldn’t that help all lives?

When attempting to combine/unite something is the first step always dividing?

Most of the BLM crowd don't want all lives to matter, it somehow waters down their rioting and looting.

Are they as a collective group failing themselves over and over again?

At this point in history, yes, but this can be traced back to LBJ's Great Society legislation, which was the
quote:

outside force or system setting them up to fail

and guaranteeing generations of blacks who vote exclusively Democrat. Just what the Dems wanted.

At any rate, the BLM folks and their supporters aren't interested in fixing it from within because it's more profitable to manipulate each situation so as to allow themselves to remain perpetual "victims".

Assisted by the Antifa retards, they'll ride this wave 'til it crests, then retreat to wait for the next opportunity to garner sympathy and get idiotic utopian mantras like "$14 Trillion in reparations" circulating once again while simultaneously rioting, looting and turning cities into warzones that cost billions of dollars in damages.

We won't hear a god damn thing from them about the dozens (hundreds? thousands?) of black-on-black murders that take will place in the meantime. Nope, BLM will sit back and wait for the next white cop/black suspect video to emerge...and this whole shitshow will happen all over again.
