Heard an ad for water with pH+, water that’s alkaline.
Is this fad so popular that Gatorade is now making basic water?
Maybe I’m missing out on some supreme health benefits?

my brother bought one of those dang things years ago. Kanjan water 3.8 it would talk when you turned it on.

It’s amazing.

It’s a fancy mineral water. But as stupid as it sounds, the two alkaline waters I’ve had tasted better than the cheap, “regular” bottled water

I tried drinking alkaline water for a week or so years back. Started getting bad headaches.
Did some research and sure enough headaches are a side effect for a lot people who drink it.

The acid in your stomach neutralizes the ph immediately so it's a total waste.

I don't understand why people pretend that the minerals/things in the water don't change the taste. If you have ever been out of your home city you would know that.

Had a trainer that worked for me that pushed this shite on clients so hard he completely drove away his clientele. Dude was always into some smoke & mirrors bs

This is the cold hard scientific fact but some people still waste their money buying it. I knew one woman who drank alkaline water in the day to lose weight, but drank a bottle of wine every night. Guess the outcome there? Y'all damn sure don't want pics of that

I worked at a place that sold alkaline water, and a large majority of the people who spent their money on that shite were poor people. Blows my mind. The acid in your stomach sure does burn it all up. Some people say it can cure cancer

Water with 9+ pH tastes infinitely better than tap water or regular bottle water around 7 pH. I don’t care if it gets balanced out or doesn’t have claimed health benefits, it tastes better and that’s all I care about.
In general our water in America, both basic bottle (Dasani, Ozark, etc) and tap, is gross and chemical filled.

some water is acidic , the best is still just natural.
