31-year-old Shirah Delaun Leblanc was arrested for the July 29 death of Michael Nida, a father with two children.

Is the CEO of McDonalds next?

Waste of time and money that grabs headlines but will never see a courtroom.

Or Inbev, Jack Daniels, or Jim Beam?

Alcohol kills a lot of people too.

Are the 2 kids hers?

Wouldn't surprise me at all if dead druggie was the BF/live-in/other states common law hubby, and the partying got out of control resulting in death. Not much different than a couple drunks and one dying of alcohol poisoning style kinda thing.

I don't know if it will see a courtroom but she will be stuck in jail for a long time unless she gets and can afford a huge bond.

Did they live together? If so, that skank probably needs to be in jail for multiple reasons but unless she physically injected that crap into him she is innocent of that charge. Any person who jams a dirty sticks in their body knew the risk at some point. She should be in jail for possession and kids should be taken away by CPS forever for reckless endangerment.

Nope they don't live together. Investigation led police to her being the alleged source

I think the law is moronic and ripe for challenge, but I know of at least two successful prosecutions in EBR for Second Degree Murder due to overdose deaths.

The only time this has worked is when the person actually injected the drug into the person's arm. I will say they are doing this more and more.

None of these people sell you a product labeled as X, when it's really filled with Y. Ultimately a failure caused by prohibition.
