As for Jones, I think he took personal distributions of more than $60 million from Info Wars last year alone. It will hurt but he can pay it.

Texas does indeed have a punitive cap. I have read differing accounts and I think the statute is a little squirrely so hopefully, a TX attorney can sort it out for us.
