Well... Some lawyer is going to make some easy money.

That said, if the employer didn't like it, you should have removed it

Their company, their rules.

I once wore this shirt to practice one day

One of the office ladies said that the lasers were guns basically and that wasn't the best choice to wear at school (she was being very polite).

So I stopped wearing it. It was that fricking simple.

If you job asks you to do something simple and within reason, you do it.

You should never threaten to fire an employee. You either fire them or don't. You are putting them in fear of losing their job thus giving them ammo to sue your arse.

The company isn't on the hook to begin with. The company didn't want that flag flying in their parking lot and gave him the ultimatum. His choice of not taking the flag down was basically his resignation.

It's not dumb at all. White people are sick of being told what is and what isn't acceptable. Why can't people just mind their own business. I'm sure there are several things that I could offered over, but guess what? I don't bc IDGAF what you do. I have bigger fish to fry.

To each their own... There's a lot of stuff that's dumb to me that's meaningful to others... I'm not going to debate about it..

I think a good lawyer may get away with labeling this as a discrimination of his creed. That lawyer will also be laughed out of court.

people just don't understand the struggle of the white male in this damn country! Quit listening to Walton & Johnson

Look if my employer gave me an order to remove something they deemed offensive or lose my job, I'd remove the item whether I agreed with them or not. But then again I'm not a jackass looking to pick a fight.

Wonder how the reaction would be if it was a multi-colored flag that was flying on that car, and dude got fired.

Should companies still have the right to regulate what is on their property?

It's against the law to sag your pants? That's news to me.

Oh yea, and you avoided the question again.

Stop being such a SJW.

I don't think this is grounds for firing someone, unless he was driving a company vehicle with the flag on it.

I'm always amazed at the people who have no idea what the first amendment or freedom of speech actually means
