Well it's always okay to deny people of their human rights if it offends the sensibilities of the states majority.

Pathetic.

Maybe they want to create the correct forms. I think it's silly to edit the forms as such.

Next time they should jump the gun and add an animal check option.

I'd love to see the reaction to a gay couple proposal on the big screen at Bryant-Denny.

Yes, because there is an appeal period. Which is currently underway. When the final decision is made, or no decision is made in that 25 days. Then they will have to issue.

"As it has done for approximately two centuries, Alabama law allows for 'marriage' between only one man and one woman," the order issued in March stated. "Alabama probate judges have a ministerial duty not to issue any marriage license contrary to this law. Nothing in the United States Constitution alters or overrides this duty."

Bama ain't taking that from no United States Supreme Court!

fine. after 25 days, they get to get married.

a minor obstacle. most people plan their weddings more than 25 days in advance anyway.

no one will care, except to laugh at the prejudiced red necks.

How do they decide groom one and two? I mean obviously if mixed then the white one is one, but what about same race gay couples?
