I read in another article that he was in her dorm room when 2 of her roommates walked in and he was on top of her. The roommates are saying she was unconscious and he was having intercourse with her. They had to wake her up.
Now this could all be a made up story or maybe they both passed out while having sex. That's def happened to me before.

I like how the media concocts a headline like this to make the guy sound even more sinister and evil.
Just ignore the fact the she is by legal definition an adult and only one year younger than him.
Hell, when I saw the OP's title I figured the girl was 16 or younger.
Yes, 18 is still by definition a teenager, but so is 19. And let's not act like there is a monumental gap in maturity and experience between most 18-year-olds and 15-year-olds.

Pretty sure they mean that the two friends walked in and saw him having sex with, and like a normal person he stopped when other people came in, and they saw she was passed and woke her up, likely after he ran off.
