The only good thing about this case is there are witnesses. So, it will all boil down to their story.
As far as a "he said, she said" rape case, this one should provide the best setup for any jury to decide.
But the one issue is, these two witnesses were her friends. So their story may be one sided.
Best case for everyone, defendant and plaintiff is that the friends are one male and one female IMO.
