People get vaccines for more than just to prevent themselves from dying. My daughter’s smell and taste were diminished. It’s been several months and it’s still not back. She got the vaccine to reduce the risk that she gets it again and possibly loses the rest of her sense of smell and taste. I got the vaccine for the same reason I get a flu vaccine. I’ll get over it faster if for some reason I get it and reduces the risk of a severe complication and permanent symptoms.

Lol. I’ve never gotten the flu vaccine abd I stopped getting the flu at least 10 years ago. This despite being in sales (meeting with different people every day) and raising 2 young kids.
