When I was a kid, I saw a man walking a pit Bull and a guy walking a collie on a leash. They got close enough to where the pit Bull snapped and jumped on the collie and locked his jaws on the neck. No amount of beating could free the pit Bull. Cops were called and he beat it repeatedly with his night stick to get it to release to no avail. Eventually the dogs was shot and the collie died. Traumatized me for life about the breed.

Nope- screw that. I would absolutely be carrying a pistol. I'm sorry, but my freedom of movement and safety won't be dictated by a dog.

Doesnt matter the threat. Put the aggressive dog down if your dog cant take em. I kicked the frick out of a lab once too. It walked up slow growling at my pup that 10 weeks old

I think if you can grab the bit by the head from behind you could put in a sleeper hold and probably choke it out

I’m assuming this is not a gated neighborhood.

Putting a dog in a sleeper hold puts your face next to its face.

I don’t like that at all.

Just baffles me how someone knows they have an aggressive dog who can cause major bodily damage if it escapes, and doesn't care
Report him to the Pool Board and he'll care.

A pit bull is nothing more than a ghetto status symbol and the white liberals that insist on promoting them as these sweet puppies that play well with kittens can kiss my arse!

Sadly he is the owner

Then I'd bet dollars to donuts his insurer doesn't know he's raising pits on his property. I don't know of any insurance company that wants to insure properties with what have been deemed vicious dogs on the property.

There's a house about a block away from where I live and the owner breeds pitbulls.

Stopped reading right there.

Trashy neighbors = move out of neighborhood.

Glock is still undefeated against pit bulls

Oh, I agree. Especially when he posted that one of the pits was busting out the fence wanting to attack his dog.

I'd walk past that house every day, twice a day with my dog and a handgun and blow that pit away as soon as it charged and be done with it.

If you have a neighbor that's breeding pits, then you're neighborhood has gone downhill.

Move and in the meantime, carry lethal force.

I recently pepper sprayed a dog that was threatening my dogs, it had zero effect on the threatening dog.

Call the police and explain what happened in the past and what happened on your walk with your dog. They might send someone out to inspect the premises and order repairs made on the fence or fortification of the fence to be sure the dogs don't get out.

I was walking my smaller dog on the sidewalk Uptown NOLA. We walked by a big mansion and the people had their medium sized mix mutt (not a pitbull) out unsupervised. There was a hole in the fence. The MFer lunged out and grabbed my dog by the throat, unprovoked before I even knew what happened. My dog wasn't even looking at that dog. Just sniffing the grass along the fence line. It's hilarious people on here think pitbulls are the only dogs that do that type of shite.

So are chows. They are angry MFers too.

I knew they could be protective of their owners. This Chow was a pampered indoor dog though and it destroyed that Pit Bull. I was in absolute shock. I think my neighbor paid like $3000 for that Chow. Had the blue tongue and everything.

What do people pay for these Pit Bulls? Can’t be much they look like shite and have zero redeeming qualities as a pet.

Just saying, anyone ever does this to my dog, you better hope I don't find out who you are. I'll go to jail for murder. Multiple counts even.
