I saw this one a FB post from BR General

Baton Rouge General Medical Center
The average age of our vaccinated patients is 75. The average age of our unvaccinated patients is 54.

covid is an easy catch all , fwiw

RSV has been running rampant. But there's a test for both.

They do separate tests for COVID and RSV but some are testing positive for both.

Correct. And if a child in the hospital tests positive for both, and needs breathing treatment, which virus do you think the doctors run to the media to blame?

I was on a call this morning and Lamda was mentioned. We'll be to Zeta before long. I can't keep up.

Wouldn't this kind of make sense as covid runs through the total population? There's only so many old people to hospitalize, right?

And 90% of them are vaccianted

So............. he needs to get vaccinated so that a vaccinated person won't get sick from the virus they got vacccinated against, because he's not vaccinated.

Got it. lol
No what you got is a major case of the dumbass. We can't reach herd immunity with only 40% of the country vaccinated. That means more strains are likely to appear. Who knows maybe the next one only kills young healthy adults like the Spanish influenza killed millions of. All because you;re scared of a shot.

I cannot believe no one has spoken out about O’Neal, I thought Dr.s were supposed to deal in facts & not feelings

I got suckered into an argument about that hack last night with a chick I went to school with who is now a nurse. She posted this ladies emotion laden speech and acted like we were devils for not adhering to every word as if she is some bastion of truth and knowledge.

It makes sense that a virus would evolve into being more infections but less lethal. It's natural propensity to survive requires it spreading rapidly through as many carriers that aren't sick enough to isolate. So variants that do that will be the ones that stick around.

No one will say that because it has been politized into oblivion.

Dr. O'Neal could easily make that statement. They want to keep the fear going.

Until JBE & people like Catherine O’Neal start giving complete information & not speaking in general I won’t trust that they are looking out for me but to push their agenda

If the complete information bolstered their claims, they'd give. Same with the mask mandates... if they actually helped, they'd bash us in the face with the evidence. "we have to do more" isn't evidence... it's appealing to the emotional side of the brain which typically facts dont support.

What about if you get covid? Isn't that part of herd immunity? You aren't stupid enough to assume a shot is the only way to get immunity, are you?

What's the survival rate of Covid?

We could ask hundreds of thousands that have died from it but unlikely to get an answer...

until the vast majority of the population has been exposed, Vaccinated or not. Vaxxed are passing the shite back and forth just like unvaxed. The unanswered question is whether natural immunity is as effective as the vax and endless boosters

I'll help, 99.8%. Listen, you're an emotional little girl. It's why we don't let people like you make decisions. Because emotional children make bad decisions without thinking of the consequences.

So despite "hundreds of thousands" dying, this virus is still one of the most survivable illnesses you can get. Not to mention the non-existent mortality rate of the super scawy variants.

Of course it doesn't. No one on this board has any empathy for anyone other than themselves.

I would say that sings more true to people who want to force a 6 year old to wear a mask so they can feel safer

That’s peak level human selfishness

So personal freedom is only ok, as long as you agree with it?

If you have a scientific or logical argument to make, then make it. Emotional arguments are for people not smart enough to debate the topic.
