frick. I wish.

Those who can deadlift 2x or more of their body weight have high BMIs because they have more muscle mass, and end up paying more.

Problem: they don't allow the weights to rotate like the olympic bars do and it causes discomfort for the wrists

You need to stretch your wrists anyway but when you do your curls, put them almost in your fingers. Create the longest lever you can and keep your shoulders back. You can use less weight also.

People that bitch about other people exercising are 100x worse than the "offender." It's a gym, not your personal workout space. Mind your own business, find something worthwhile to complain about, or just shut the frick up about it

I agree, let the dude do whatever it is that he's doing and don't worry about it.

I do stuff that is fun to me and will make me better. If you're judging me, it's prob bc ur still reading Flex for workout plans.

Only thing that bugs me in the gym are the people that do presses and curls in the squat rack.

I don't do curls in the squat rack, but I do military presses. Been in gyms for 20 years and never knew people thought that was a problem. I don't frick around there - 4 to 5 sets with 45-60 seconds in between. I don't like the press machines and it's awkward getting heavy dumbbells up to shoulder height.

I agree with you, it's hard to do MP anywhere else unless there's a designated MP bench and rack. My gym does not have a freaking bench press rack. I have to drag a utility to the squat rack to bench.

I personally think those people that bitch about other people bitching are the worst. Mind your own fricking business.

In my gym there are plenty of free olympic bars and only one squat rack.

I watched a guy to burners (curls where you take a 5lb place off each set) at the squat rack yesterday.

I'm at 2.1x and haven't really trained deadlift these last few months.

Mostly front and back squats.

I tweaked the long head bicep tendon in my right arm and it's taking forever to heal. Pulling movements suck right now.
