Why do people do all manner of weird exercises on the floor?
This dude is doing reps that have like 20 different motions.
Just lift and run like a normal human being.

Only thing that bugs me in the gym are the people that do presses and curls in the squat rack. Bugs me even when I'm not waiting for the rack.

You can do "functional movements" without making a whole production of it

This shite has gotten out of hand and is precisely the reason why I go home and drink beer rather than go to the gym.

A deadlift is literally picking something up and putting it (or dropping it) back down.
Also is arguably the best lift one can add to their routine.
