As a society we designate a shared place to put our trash. We don’t put it at the bottom of a shared lake not used for trash.

They have biodegradable balls already. Use them on cruise ships and other type places.

Tiger Ryno tried this at his home on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain. He had to stop when he broke a lady's nose as she walked into Lakeside mall.
