Advice Needed: My cell # being used by someone to fill out an online application

This is re: annoyance calls. Here's the backstory:
A few months ago someone evidently filled out an online application to get quotes for a service. In order to see the quote information they had to insert information like e-mail address, etc. They asked for a telephone number and it turns out that mine was used.
This has caused an avalanche of nuisance calls to my cell number which I use for both business and personal over the past few months. They all ask for this person by name. Repeatedly.
The big issue is that they call from local and long distance numbers. I can't discern which is which, and my business takes calls from local and long distance numbers for potential work all the time. I cannot separate the wheat from the chaff as a result.
To say the least its frustrating. But recently after months of frustration one of the callers provided me with this person's information (which I'm pretty sure was against the law but I digress). She's from Zachary and I'd I previously found her on Facebook (I've seen the pics; believe me when I say you don't). The calls finally abated without me ever doing anything about it.
But as of this morning I've gotten three since 8:00am. All asking for this same person. It appears as if she's looking for quotes again.
With the understanding that I can't put myself on the Do Not Call Registry due to companies calling my cell all the time for business (I'd be cutting off my nose to spite my face if I did), I have a few questions and am interested in suggestions on how I resolve this situation:
1.) Can I contact local law enforcement and file a complaint regarding this person with the proof I have from the caller who fessed up and gave me the info to look her up in the first place?
2) If there is no legal recourse, should I contact this person and immediately tell them to stop using my f*cking cell # for this sh!t?
3.) Is there a more OT/1% approach I could take?
TIA, I'll hang up and listen.

Talk to the company and show them it's a wrong #. Juts keep blocking them as they come in. Its aggravating, but they'll eventually stop.
I had a state tax issue on one company which was corrected the day I found out, but I now get calls from every tax relief company on planet Earth.

are the calls all coming from the same site? You could always contact the site and give them the information, I'm sure they can see who has entered that info and block them or something.

About 4 years ago I got a new phone for work. I immediately started getting calls asking for Calvin. Still 4 years later I’ll get a random call for Calvin. It’s weird.

Some lowlife loser with bad credit somehow put my number down as his own.
I used to get a lot of calls from collection agencies asking for this guy saying they were contacting authorities to start garnishing wages. Had to tell them over and over that I'm not this person.
They finally stopped about a year ago.

Just call her. Odds are her phone number is 1 digit higher or lower than the last digit of your number.
I mean, that's how I change my number when I'm faced with her situation.

Get her actual phone number and give that to the callers so they can reach her. She should share the pain.

Use her info to sign up for free picks from gambling websites. Non stop calls

If you're using this advice, also put her number and email on lendingtree.com.
