You will not be able to have a productive conversation on this issue. Other people on the committee have most likely gone through educational programs that heavily emphasize concepts like patriarchy and hierarchical oppression carried out by men and whites.
You just will not be able to have a conversation on this subject. As a person who is employed by the university you are also very vulnerable to being accused of abuse, sexism, racism, etc.

The truth is, most women want special privileges over men. They also have this false belief that they have an infinite number of ideal mates because they assume men have it better.
In reality, there is only a limited supply of alphas. Also, women judge men more harshly than they do themselves. So women have the tendency to OVERVALUE their worth while overlooking a man of equal worth to them.
