Speaking as a person who has had to fire people for cause this person has no better moral high ground than who she accused. Firing someone is awful but unfortunately necessary at times. When you fire someone you are firing their spouse, kids, and any other dependent. I have never taken any amount of joy in terminating someone even when they were a torment to me or the coworkers.
