Exactly what will you being there do to stop this? I’m not arguing with your sentiment, but when thugs shoot eat each other in a super crowded place with these switches or whatever the frick they are that allows them to shoot the way they did, there’s nothing anyone can do to stop those bullets from flying. Instinct for 99% of people will be to duck, hide, and run. Not shoot back.

From the outside looking in, it really seems like the people from BR and the surrounding areas are rightfully and very vocally expressing their frustration and concern about this senseless tragedy.
Tragedies like this can sometimes be a catalyst for long overdue reforms and change due to the constituency shifting from a sense of apathy to anger and thereby increasing public pressure on lawmakers to take action to better safeguard the citizenry.
I hope that happens.

That case was handled by Jermaine Guillory. He is a court commissioner. Not even a real judge. Formally known as the 1st Assistant DA for Hillar Moore. Same demographic as the defendant so to be expected. Time to harness judicial immunity to strict guidelines within mandatory sentencing.
