Like Rice with a distinct reason for keeping the campus area safe Well obviously not the reason because the area is so wealthy but they crack down on houses that are aged and falling apart

Sounds like 15 or so casualties (wounded or killed or hurt from fleeing) at this point and sounds like 2 separate locations based on people reporting on the ground (could be misleading about intersections)

Also saw they arrested a suspect (Asian guy) but then cleared him after his interview, actual shooter is still at large.
