Police got wise to scanner monitoring. They sent out morriis code and scanners went quiet.

Because there are so many different people involved and you always have the worry that a hostage or potential victim is another shooter.

DSU alum here, great school, loved my time there. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone there. Hope they catch the shooter soon.
