You are right that meds might not cure them, but if someone where there poking drugs into the mouth of the crazy, and keeping them in an area where they cannot harm anyone would be a starting place.
Many of them are not violent when on the meds, but when they are living on their own, and nobody it making sure they take their medicine, thats when they do stupid crap.

PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID!!! This crap would've never happened when I graduated from DSU!!! One of the friendliest, close knit schools in the south!!! Kids have gone friggin NUTS nowadays. My heart is hurting so bad right now for them!
