That is a very targeted attack. Shooter is obviously stalking. Then stops shooting when car pulls in front and moves in to ensure every target, to include a child, are finished off…..has to be personal or gang related.

no, it was nothing like that, it was a former cartel attorney that turned on them and it was a well organized, precision hit, no outrage, no ancillary casualties
