I've moved on to better things, but a few years back I actually saw a guy hit a shot off of that deck area

No, I do notice it though as I'm hitting my approach into 18 though.

I did the Acme tent last year. It's a pretty good deal if you're going all weekend and don't want to spend $200 per day for the Champion's Club.
Like others said, you get the drink tickets but I easily got more than the 3 per day (tipping well, using meal tickets, people leaving and giving away their tickets, bartenders not asking for tickets, etc). Although, for two of the days I won the MasterCard contest for the 19th hole, so that was pretty awesome.
think this year I'm just going to do the Champion's Club for one day instead of three at Acme.

It's fine but after 3-4 years, last year was by far the most crowded with the longest lines for drinks that I've seen. If I go again I think it would be worth stepping up to the champions club. Less WT on free tickets from their boss, and I think unlimited drinks and food. Last year at the 19th hole after party we had the most fun. Live music, easier bar access (cash bar), and Justin Rose was great celebrating on stage with the band. I guess I'd be in a pretty good mood too after grinding out a big win and banking a huge payday.

Me and my cousin went last year and were in the Acme tent. You get a ticket for a meal, desert, oysters, and a salad. Then you normally get 4 free drink tickets.
Some obnoxious drunk guy took his girlfriends 4 drink tickets and was walking around double fisting sprite and vodka

LOL. I saw that same shot. I believe he dropped it 8 feet from the cup and put it down for par.
