and "others in the know" are starting to share what they have heard "directly" from BRPD officers as well ...

quote:

Chauna Banks - This is a direct quote from a BRPD officer: "I saw all the body cameras and car videos and I cried afterwards. He told Sterling that he would kill him, held a gun to his head, then seconds later, a man is dead. That was so far off from our use of force policy."

Want to know why Chauna Banks gets to keep her seat on the BR Metro Council? For starter's there are people like this who support her and unfortunately have the same voting rights as you and me:

But he wasn't shot in the head.

That's when they penalize you for not putting your answer in the form of a question.

What do they wager in Final Jeopardy?

Apparently AS wagered a bullet and lost.

Wow, a sitting metro council member is accusing this guy of premeditated murder.

1. I'm sure she has no clue about the legal definition of "premeditated"

2. I'm sure she has no clue of the ramifications of what she's saying.

Maybe it's matinee day at court and they are going to watch Double Jeopardy.

I think Banks is too stupid to understand the concepts of slander and libel.

Perhaps a court could explain them.

There is an extreme lack of honesty with this quote. Yikes.

Premeditated isn't a standard under Louisiana law
