Of the 700 physicians responding to an internet survey by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), nearly 60 percent said they were not “fully vaccinated” against COVID. This contrasts with the claim by the American Medical Association that 96 percent of practicing physicians are fully vaccinated. This was based on 300 respondents. Neither survey represents a random sample of all American physicians, but the AAPS survey shows that physician support for the mass injection campaign is far from unanimous. “It is wrong to call a person who declines a shot an ‘anti-vaxxer,’” states AAPS executive director Jane Orient, M.D. “Virtually no physicians are ‘anti-antibiotics’ or ‘anti-surgery,’ whereas all are opposed to treatments that they think are unnecessary, more likely to harm than to benefit an individual patient, or inadequately tested.” The AAPS survey also showed that 54 percent of physician respondents were aware of patients suffering a “significant adverse reaction.” Of the unvaccinated physicians, 80 percent said “I believe risk of shots exceeds risk of disease,” and 30% said “I already had COVID.” Other reasons for declining the shot included unknown long-term effects, use of aborted fetal tissue, “it’s experimental,” availability of effective early treatment, and reports of deaths and blood clots.

The vaccine educator in my region keeps saying that 97% of docs are ... but I don't recall her ever saying "in Louisiana" or any specificity.

CHICAGO — The American Medical Association (AMA) today released a new survey (PDF) among practicing physicians that shows more than 96 percent of surveyed U.S. physicians have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, with no significant difference in vaccination rates across regions. Of the physicians who are not yet vaccinated, an additional 45 percent do plan to get vaccinated.

Well the CDC was forced by the courts to remove their claims vaccines don't cause autism.
There is a lot of sketchy areas in that debate. It is far from settled but nobody has proven anything yet.

I have never heard of them and am a practicing physician. Most doctors I know got vaccinated as soon as possible. I am not aware of any unvaccinated docs I work with.

There are way more official things out there than this that say 96% of Drs are vaccinated, which I believe. Good luck finding work as a DR the next year of you arent vaccinated.

Yeah a basic Google search shows they aren’t a typical respected professional medical organization

No, it looks like an anti vaccine site from glancing at the front page.

Leading up to the 2008 presidential election, AAPS published an article claiming that then-candidate Barack Obama was captivating his audiences through hypnosis.

That number will change in Dallas as nearly all the hospitals in DFW are requiring all staff be vaccinated or be terminated. That's nearly 100 hospitals including 10 major Trauma Centers.
