Had an uncle that had 3 thumbs. On his right hand he had another knuckle and nail on his thumb that came off the outside of his thumb and really wasn't much of an issue for him.

Our nurse for the birth of our daughter had an extra thumb. She was a smoke show face and body wise, but then I would see that extra thumb curled over on her hand. Hard pass
