The recommended ‘serving size’ for an adult is 10mg.
If you did 100mg, you ate the WHOLE chocolate bar or box of gummy bears.
I would expect you’d definitely still be feeling shite 24 hours later.

Which products are those? I can get vape cartridges that are over 90% thc. The most potent strain that you can find in plant form will usually be below 35%.
Plus, the lack of odor makes vape cartridges a lot less of a hassle.

I just refilled a cartridge with oil, that was a task. I'll just get the cartridges if I am vaping.

Thought I was the only one who underestimated the strength of the edibles….
I ate half a chocolate bar and was not sure if I would ever be right. It took a couple days to get back to ‘normal’. That was my first experience with the edibles, but I had been a consistent smoker in the past. Edibles are a completely different high.

Yes it's 10 mg each. If you had only one and you felt it the next time, it would be a little odd but nothing crazy. They affect everyone differently.
