If she has the tag leave it alone. Your boss is a stupid frick for pushing the issue at all.
This. I believe your Dr. sets you up with those tags so it's not that tough to get them legitimate disability or not. There's a very slim chance that she's using someone else's tag but if it's her tag then she's legal to use the space no matter how minor any of us might find her condition. And there are legitimate disabilities that aren't apparent to a casual observer. Hopefully the supervisor doesn't expect the OP to Mission Impossible her Dr.s office to see her medical records. I would say the employer has a reasonable interest in a new employee's disability that goes beyond parking convenience but that justifies asking not sending another employee to snoop.

Ask her how you can assist with her disability. This way you can come off as a hero if there’s really an issue.

She has a tag and you’re still looking into it? Good luck with the lawsuit

It could be for a parent that she cares for, but if she’s not driving them around, they shouldn’t be using a HC space.

My only concern would be if she was was taking the only handicap spot that a customer might need.
She sounds like a faker but it’s too touchy to really mess with.

Make your own handicapped parking permit using Photoshop and take her parking spot

Why not just ask her what her disability is?
If she is offended at that - fire her for having green shoelaces or something.
ITs not rocker science.

Sge msy not be able to walk far. My mom seemingly walks fine but if she walks more than 30 minutes she is in crippling pain.

Put a recording devise on her phone, and review all of her calls at the end of each day. Hopefully she'll either talk with her physician or tell a friend about getting away with parking in the handicapped zone. If she finds out about you doing this, tell her it's for training purposes.

Might have a breathing problem like COPD. Definitely approach with caution with people with handicap stickers they are on the edge sometime.
