I don't think that area of Houston, Briarwood or Briar Forest, and Kenner are really comparable. Briar Forest is nicer than Kenner. I mean it's right next to energy corridor and Memorial Hospital Center.

I don't think you know Houston. Briar Forest and Briarwood have just as many shops, restaurants, and things to do as Memorial. Especially that I-10 stretch in that area compared to the I-10 stretch in Memorial

I liked living on Buffalo Bayou back in the 1980'.
It's not like there are canoes and kayaks on the Bayou so the glass is only to see the natura nearby.

The glazier in me looks at that curtainwall and thinks about how big of a PITA it is going to be to replace some of those upper lties of glass when they go bad. Not fun and not cheap.
