Exactly. Lets them keep from being and most importantly looking dope sick. Lets them gain ten pounds and fool their mothers into thinking they've kicked it for a minute and three days later they steal something from her or someone she knows and they're right back at it with the heroin they want.

My little sister refuses to take a retail pharmacy job bc of those same people. Lol.

And don't get me started on the medi-free-shite people who use an ambulance as a taxi when they need refills or have a cold.

I'm not saying they don't work, I was just saying in reply to SS saying that one should assume that if someone is on subs it's because they want to be clean and should be cut slack. For some yes, (though I think it's hard to cut people slack for situations they got them self into. I don't cut myself any either, I tend to just deal with the trouble I cause myself, so that's just my personal opinion.) but if you are a person who tends to cut people slack I don't think that the assumption that people who are on subs should be all inclusive. Because some people are just horrible people who have no desire or drive to be any different than they are.

You do realize you can work at a pharmacy that won't handle it at all right? That means you're either a kid who's shocked by the reality of his first job or just terrible at one you've done for a while. Doesn't matter because anyway you shake it, you suck.

because honestly that's pretty much what lexapro does for me. as long as i'm on lexapro that craving just isn't there like it was without it, so when i use it's for pure enjoyment. the people stealing shite aint' stealing shite because they want to get high, they stealing shite becuase that is the addiction kicking in.


those opiate withdraws will make people do shite that they never dreamed they would do. if a person can take a drug so that they can only use when they want to use and then use subs when they don't want to use and do normal everyday shite and not be jonesing for dope then more power to them. that's not what i would do, i don't want to be addicted to anything i HAVE to have or ELSE i mean as bad as i would want dope pre lexapro it was 100% mental i wasn't gonna be dope sick if i didn't get any. But if that is what they want to do and it helps regulate it, okay fine.


IMHO it's the all or nothing mentality that is wrong with our drug laws / how we approach things now that's the problem now. i haven't used any hard drugs since october, but i am not clean because i'm sure i will one day because it's fricking fun lol. i just have not really wanted to so i haven't. because i dont' have to have it as long as i'm medicated properly. and i'm not going to feel bad about it either.
