Usually for me it's not the truck drivers that's the problem. It the assholes who think they own the left lane.

The problem is sometimes not the truck driver. It’s often the slow mother fricker in the right lanes who is driving so slow that a mother fricking 18 wheeler feels the need to pass them in the left.

Except for when it’s another truck driver. frick ‘em both.

Taking the I40 west from Memphis is torture. Never seen it worse than that stretch.

I've been a truck driver for almost 23 years. This new breed of truckers is lacking professionalism and proper training. They irritate me.

Remember that most trucks are governed. But what most new drivers don't know is that if another truck is very slow trying to pass you because they are governed at a couple of mph more than you (drag racing), you should ease off the throttle and let them by to avoid a build up of pissed off people behind you. That's what I do, but I'm old school.

My trucker buddy says that is his favorite route to drive bc it's more big trucks than commuters.

And that's precisely why its the worst when you are one of those few commuters. I take that way to get to the Ozarks where my wifes family lives and it's all interstate rather than backroad highways the GPS takes me, I hate traffic lights even if it's more of a straight shot. But goddamn the trucks slowly passing other trucks grind my gears. Aggressively I might add, I'll be almost passing them, obviously going faster than they are, but they still abruptly change lanes, making me slam my brakes, and then wait for what seems like 5 minutes for them to overtake the other truck they're passing. Like you couldn't wait for me to pass you and then pull this maneuver instead of being a dick and holding up traffic?
