That’s what happens when motorcycle riders want to play “parade”. If grown men want to play “ parade” it doesn’t permit them to block the highway.

I would say there is probably an 80/20 chance that the bikers were driving like arse holes on the road and get their baby feelings hurt cause the car tried to pass them
Now, not all bikers are like that but quite a few that i know are. They never seem to get, they will not win in a wreck versus a car or truck. Just let the vehicle go by and out the way. Don’t know why they want to push the limit and risk their physical safety

The difference in this case was the bikers made their point and quit. While some other, types, would have beat the guy into the hospital or dead.

Guys fought, one won and the other lost (the skinny dude needs an arse-whipping for jumping in on someone else's fight). At the end, both just got up and left.
