For years my BIL would lay honey buns across his dashboard of his truck to let the sun heat them up while he worked. He would 3 or 4 a day.

fricker is still skinny as hell. I hate him.

The real question is: clear or white icing?

I always get the white myself.

No wonder we're all fat and unhealthy, that's a "snack food"

An Uncrustable is a meal in itself. A snack?

Eat the entire honey bun along with an ice cold glass of whole milk. Can’t go wrong.

My dad is the same way. Eats honey buns, fast food, drinks beer every day and still skinny as hell.

Rehab in Eunice used to have a woman that was just gradually losing more and more of her legs from amputations. She didn’t let that stop her from at least once a day eating one of those with butter on it lmao

I actually eat 1/2 of a mini ice cream cone and wrap it up and eat the rest the next day lol. 70 cals for half. That and 2 blocks of dark chocolate are my sweets pretty much every day

I hate to think what that large chocolate eclair from Randazzo's was that I ate late last night--------------------but it was soooo good and considering I may eat 2-3 a year, not a big concern when all things taken into account.

Warm it for 35 seconds in the microwave and it’s incredible. But of course 1 honey bun in a package is considered 2 servings. How many of you eat half of a honey bun?

So one serving is 295 calories.

The harm goes way past "just" the 590 cal, but if you have one once in a blue moon, what the heck? Depends on what you do with the rest of your day (or week, lol) and damn, 35 seconds is nuking the hell out of it.

The serving sizes listed on foods are a complete scam to game the calorie listing requirements.

A small bag of chips is two servings? lol
